If you have been reading gadget weblogs or CE publications (whether online or offline), you have probably seen some of the wackiest gadgets in the market. But I think this one sets a new standard. All of us know how crazy companies are for Apple’s iPod, since they can’t seem to stop replicating it. Buffalo here thinks it will sell a ton of mice if they look like the freakin’ iPod Nano. Not only does the device look amazingly cheap, but it forces you to learn a non-conventional way of using a mouse. It’s USB compatible, weighs 30g, supports Mac/PC platforms and offers an 800dpi optical resolution.

Imagine plugging that thing into your Mac. Yeah, it kills me too just thinking about the hideous combination.

There’s no word on availability, and frankly, I couldn’t care less.
