CoolDrive 4 is built out of aluminum, which makes
it a good thermal solution for hard drives. It is also very durable
and finely finished. There are open holes at the bottom of the
unit that allows better heat dissipation.
In order to put hard drive inside the CoolDrive
4, you must unscrew the unit from the bottom. The screws are hidden
inside the holes thus, resulting in a cleaner interface. There
is a small 40 mm fan that is installed inside the product and
primarily aids in cooling the hard drive.
