Thermaltake is known for their quality products
worldwide. Thermaltake took their product line to the next level
when they introduced their Extreme line. The extreme product line
has heatsink combos, chipset coolers, and VGA coolers. The extreme
product line has been designed by keeping the ultimate enthusiast
in mind.
Today we will be taking a look at the Thermaltake
Extreme Giant III VGA Cooler. This cooler is the next generation
VGA cooler from Thermaltake and is also a big brother to the Giant
II. With the addition of two fans and all aluminum body, the cooler
claims high performance. Without further ado, let's begin the
close analysis of the Thermaltake Extreme Giant III VGA Cooler.
Contents:
The Giant III comes with lots of accessories. There
are 3 x bags of screws, 1 x fan switch, 1 x user's manual, 2 x
clip sets, 1 x thermal compound tube, and 1 x 3-pin motherboard
connector. The manual, as always, is easy to understand and follow.
Thermaltake has adopted new fan switches. The latest
fan switches are simply gorgeous to say the least. The fan switch
can be operated at low, medium, and high modes. There is also
an on/off button that operates the top blower fan on the cooler.
The fan switch matches very nicely with the overall VGA cooler.
To cover the extended wires, Thermaltake used wire sleeves. Due
to the number of accessories in the package and to prevent installation
complications, Thermaltake also labeled the pieces. The packaged
contents were undoubtedly professional and thanks to Thermaltake
for doing such a great job on them.
