Testing Methodology:

P4 2.4 "C" Processor
Asus P4C800-E Deluxe Motherboard
400W Zalman Silent PSU
Wester Digital 8MB cache HDD
Nvidia 5950 w/ latest Forceware Drivers
Win XP Pro SP1 w/latest updates

The memory was tested at DDR400, DDR500, DDR533, and DDR550 speeds. The timings used at each speed are: DDR400 2-2-3-7, DDR500 2.5-3-4-7, DDR533 2.5-4-4-7, and DDR550 3-3-4-8. Mushkin DDR500 memory modules were used for comparison at DDR400 and DDR500 speeds at the same RAM timings as stated above with the Corsair DDR550 RAM. OCZ DDR550 memory modules were also tested with the Corsair RAM for competitive analysis and performance results. Once again, the same timings were used with the OCZ DDR550 memory modules as well. The voltage was set between the default at 2.65v to 2.75v at the highest overclocking speeds. We also tested the Corsair and OCZ memory at the highest overclocking levels we could achieve at 1:1 divider.

The memory had to pass our Unreal Tournament 2004, Gunmetal Series, Quake III, 3Dmark 2001, 3Dmark03 and PCMark04 stability tests for us to consider the memory/system completely stable. This particular memory is mainly designed for the Intel platform so it was not tested on the AMD system.

[Performance: DDR400]
