Many users already know that Gigabyte manufactures
some of the best video cards and motherboards in the market. Gigabyte
has expanded their product line to monitors, laptops, networking
devices and many such peripherals to please every enthusiast in
the computing world. Since Gigabyte has fine line of video cards
based on ATI video processing units we decided to review one of
their budget level video cards. Thanks to Gigabyte for providing
us with their mid-level video card for us to review.
Packaging of the R9200 looks quite attractive. Gigabyte
certainly pays close attention to their graphical presentation
of products. Not only do they have good-looking packages but they
also have an excellent looking website. They have covered themselves
from all sides in terms of marketing with style. On the front
of the R9200 box you can see all the major features of the R9200.
As always Gigabyte has taken left corner of the box to print their
company name. On the back of the package (shown in the second
picture) Gigabyte has listed all the features in more than five
different languages. All around, the box looks very nice. Let’s
see what the R9200 holds inside its good-looking package.
The specifications are not stunning to hardcore
gamers but they are pretty good for an average user.
