We only received a black cable for DVI and a driver
CD with the 9600, as it was purchased as an OEM product. The driver
CD contained outdated drivers but Sapphire is not to be blamed
here.

The image provides an in-depth look at the PCB and
the overall layout of the card.
Sapphire decided to use a passive heatsink on the
GPU with ATi’s logo in the center. Cooling was not taken
into consideration with the memory modules either. Using passive
cooling on low-end and mid-level cards is quite popular amongst
manufacturers. It saves them from greater manufacturing costs
but ultimately the end-user has to suffer. Passive cooling also
makes overclocking a difficult task, as heat becomes a major limiting
factor.
